About Project
CrossOver Basketball is a Dunedin-based youth basketball programme offering coaching, school term and holiday programmes, competitions, and community events across the lower South Island of New Zealand. With over 1,000 children in their database, their manual registration and invoicing process had become time-consuming and inefficient. Parents were required to email or call to register, discuss options, and arrange payment. This caused delays, inconsistent records, and unnecessary admin, reducing valuable coaching time on court.

Our team developed a simple, colourful mini eCommerce website tailored for kiwi youth sports, enabling online bookings, payments, and automated enrolment forms - all fully integrated with the client’s Google Sheets for real-time reporting.
