Everything in Business, plus an online store (up to 20 products/services), fully integrated eCommerce & checkout, weekly product & content updates (done for you), customer accounts & order notifications, and premium email support.

Rent to Own — 24 months interest-free. After 24 months of uninterrupted payments, the design and any custom code we’ve added become fully yours. From then on, you only pay Squarespace directly for hosting. If your circumstances change, you can cancel anytime (you’ll simply forfeit progress towards ownership).

For monthly plans, your service will continue until the end of the paid month. For yearly plans, your service remains active until the end of the paid year. In both cases, no refunds are provided for unused time after cancellation. We don’t use direct debits. you’ll receive an invoice and pay when it is due. You’re in full control with no hidden fees or pressure. If you decide to return later after cancellation, we’ll charge a setup fee to get everything back online for you.

Our standard turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks from onboarding to go-live, depending on how quickly we receive your content and feedback. This includes onboarding, content prep, design, development, and testing. Timelines may vary based on project scope, but if you need a faster launch, let us know—we’re happy to explore accelerated options.

Yes, the domain needs to be purchased separately. We recommend using CrazyDomains for a simple and affordable setup. If you already own a domain, we’ll help connect it to your new website. If not, we’ll guide you through the purchase and setup process.

All three plans include one free minor content update per month, while the Mini eCommerce plan includes weekly product updates handled by our team. Any major code or content changes fall outside these plans and will be discussed separately if required.

No, we don’t manage email services. We recommend using platforms like Google Workspace for your custom domain email. This keeps your email separate from your website, making it easier to manage and transfer if you ever decide to cancel our service in the future. We’re happy to guide you through the setup.

You’re free to cancel anytime with no lock-in contracts—but you must give at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Late or missed payments may incur fees, and your website will be taken offline. If payments remain unresolved, your website will be permanently deleted. If you decide to return later, a small reactivation fee will apply to set everything up again.

Yes — our Mini eCommerce Rent to Own plan is designed for small to medium businesses wanting to sell products or services online without any upfront payment. It includes a custom-built online store with up to 15 products, unlimited pages, and weekly product updates (up to 1 hour per week) managed by us, so you can focus on running your business.

You pay a flat monthly rental fee for 24 months. After completing these payments without interruption, you will fully own the website. From then on, you only pay Squarespace's monthly plan fee (currently around $39 USD, subject to change).

We also provide training and support to help you learn how to use the Squarespace CMS, so you can view orders, manage inventory, and track your store’s performance confidently.

If you plan to sell a high volume of products or need advanced eCommerce functionality, this is outside our current Website Rental plans. It will require a separate discussion and custom quote. We're happy to explore options with you.
