The first step is a Free Consultation with our team via Zoom. During this session, we’ll learn about your business, your goals for the website, and how we can help you stand out online. We will discuss your needs, target audience, and what you hope to achieve with your new website. This meeting is a great opportunity for you to get to know us and ask any questions you may have. Onboarding Form - Share Your Details
If you're happy with what we offer, the next step is to fill out an Onboarding Form. This will be sent to you after the consultation. The form will gather essential details about your business, including your branding preferences, target customers, website goals, and design expectations. By completing this form, you help us understand your business, which allows us to create a website tailored to your specific needs.
Design Mock-up - Visualizing Your Website
Once we have all the information from the onboarding form, we will create a Website Design Mock-up. Within one week, we’ll present the initial layout that shows where everything will go, the proposed pages, and some design elements. This is where you get to see your website coming together visually. We’ll gather your feedback and make revisions until you’re completely satisfied with the design. Our goal is to create a website that reflects your business perfectly.
Choose Your Plan - Ready to Move Forward?
When you're happy with the mock-up, it’s time to choose a Monthly or Yearly Plan that best suits your business. Once you've selected your plan, we’ll send you an invoice for the first month or year (depending on your choice). This payment acts as a deposit, which is non-refundable, and your plan start date will only begin once the website goes live.
Custom Website Development
With the deposit received, we’ll start building your website. We don’t use generic templates—all our websites are custom-built with fully bespoke code. We’ll work closely with you during the development process to ensure your website is mobile-friendly, visually stunning, and built with SEO best practices in mind.
You'll provide your own images and videos, and we can also offer free stock images to fill in any gaps. Additionally, we take care of your SEO content, ensuring that your website ranks well on Google and other search engines. This means more visibility for your business and increased traffic to your site.
Approval and Final Changes - Let’s make it Perfect
Once we’ve built your website, we will present the final version for your approval. If there are any content changes or tweaks required, we’ll make them until you're 100% happy with the website. We don’t stop until you love what we’ve created. On average, this step can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your site.
Domain Setup and Go Live - Your Website is Ready
Once you approve the final design, it’s time to make your website live! We’ll help you choose an SEO-friendly Domain Name and connect it to your new website. At this stage, your website will go live, and your business will have an amazing online presence.
We’re here to ensure that the transition is smooth and that everything works perfectly from the moment your website is launched.
Ongoing Support
Even after your website goes live, we continue to support you. Depending on the plan you choose, we offer one free content update per month. For e-commerce sites, we provide training so you can manage updates like pricing and product listings yourself. Plus, our team is always available by email to assist with any questions or support needs you may have.
